PRIVACY POLICY
Relocord Privacy Policy
Effective August 7, 2026
Relocord is designed as a local-first iPhone application. We do not operate a Relocord account system or a developer server that receives your moving documents, photos, extracted facts, charges, issue notes, or timeline records.
Information processed on your device
When you choose to capture or import content, Relocord processes it in the app’s local iOS container. The share extension may temporarily place an item in the app’s shared App Group container so the main app can import it. OCR and user review happen on your device.
Camera, photos, files, and biometrics
Relocord accesses the camera, Photos, or Files only after you choose the related action and iOS grants access. If you enable app lock, iOS evaluates Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode; Relocord does not receive biometric templates.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases and restoration through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple’s own terms and privacy policy apply to those transactions.
Sharing and exports
PDF and ZIP exports are created locally. They leave the app only when you choose a destination through the iOS share sheet. The privacy practices of that destination then apply.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Relocord does not include an analytics SDK, advertising SDK, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal data.
Deletion and backups
You can delete moves and related records in the app. Deleting the app removes its local container, subject to Apple’s device and backup behavior. Copies you exported must be deleted from their destination separately.
Support email
If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send and use it to respond. Avoid sending sensitive moving documents unless necessary and intentional.
Changes and contact
