Where does Relocord store my records?
Imported documents, photos, and reviewed facts are stored in the app's local iOS container. Relocord does not operate an account or document server.
Are there any in-app purchases?
No. The $6.99 paid App Store download includes every feature, with no subscription or separate unlock.
How do I export a move packet?
Open a move, review the required records, then use Build packet to create a PDF or ZIP package and choose where to share or save it.
What should I send when reporting a problem?
Include the Relocord version, iOS version, iPhone model, the screen you were on, and steps that reproduce the issue. Do not email sensitive moving documents unless support explicitly asks and you choose to do so.
Privacy and safety
Relocord has no account system and cannot retrieve your move files from a server. Keep your own exports and device backups. For emergencies, fraud complaints, legal deadlines, or insurance decisions, contact the relevant mover, insurer, regulator, or qualified professional.
